Plan types and usage notes
Start with how often you’ll use the service, then consider your data needs. The client and route are how you connect; the billing model determines how your data is allocated. Before choosing, consider your everyday browsing, device switching and the requirements of the services you use.
For regular use of international sites, work resources and video content. Plans include ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Check your actual usage before choosing a tier; if you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days.
For occasional or irregular use, with data that lasts until it’s used. Choose ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB or ¥658/3000GB. Data never expires. The main difference from a monthly plan is how usage is billed, so don’t choose based only on the upfront price.
Your cross-border connection depends on your local network, route path and destination site. If pages stall during peak hours, check your local connection first, then compare how different regions perform. OEMVPN provides an international route directory so you can keep preferred and backup options for different uses. Don’t judge a route only by whether it connects; check page loads, uninterrupted playback and session stability too. Performance varies with network conditions, so treat a single test as a snapshot, not a lasting guarantee. If problems persist, submit a support ticket through the panel with the client’s error message.
OEMVPN follows a no-logs policy. For details on how privacy is handled, see the Privacy Policy. You can create an account without an email address using a username and password. Keep your password and subscription link secure: the link contains access credentials, so don’t post it publicly or include it in screenshots others can view. A network connection service can’t replace the security measures of the sites you visit. Check domain names and use unique passwords for important accounts. When reporting connection issues, hide sensitive details and share only the necessary error message.
Switch between desktop work and mobile devices without choosing a different tier based on device count. OEMVPN supports unlimited simultaneous devices and works with Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. Install the appropriate client on each device, then sign in to the user panel to get your plan. Device count and plan data are separate: unlimited devices doesn’t mean unlimited data. Downloads, video playback and background syncing all use data. Start by importing the plan and checking the connection on your main device, then set up the others. This also makes it easier to identify client-specific issues.
When using AI tools such as Claude, the route is only one part of the access process. The platform’s regional policies, account permissions and service status also affect availability. Choose a region that meets the service’s requirements, then test the tasks you need, such as signing in, chatting and uploading files. Keep the same exit region during a work session to reduce repeated verification prompts. If a page loads but a feature returns an error, check whether the issue is with the network or your account. OEMVPN provides network access, but doesn’t grant authorization from the platform or guarantee that every AI service will always be available.
Being able to open a streaming home page doesn’t guarantee that a particular title will play. Content licensing regions, account plans, device capabilities and route exits can all affect playback. After choosing a region, try the title you want to watch and check startup, seeking and uninterrupted playback before making it a preferred route. Higher video quality uses more data, and simultaneous streams on multiple devices add to usage. Streaming platforms may change their access rules; check availability on the platform itself. Usage labels on this page are only a guide to choosing routes.
Choose a plan based on your network environment and what you need to access. OEMVPN offers a 7-day refund policy; see the Refund Policy for eligibility and terms. Once connected, test the service with your usual work, mobile network and video content instead of relying only on the client’s connection status. Payments are accepted via Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. Before placing an order, check the plan, amount and billing model. To ask about an order or request a refund, submit a ticket through the user panel with the relevant details. Keep your order information, but never share your password or full subscription link.
For your first setup, follow the Getting Started Guide. To learn about protocol and route trade-offs, read the Protocol Guide. For details on how your data is handled, see the Privacy Policy.

Coverage spans 110+ countries and 210+ routes. The table below highlights popular regions, not the full directory; check the user panel for specific cities, route types and available options. Verify streaming support on the target platform rather than relying on a region name alone.

For international research and browsing, start with a region that performs reliably for you. For AI tools or region-specific content, check the service’s regional requirements first. A closer location isn’t always faster; network paths, intermediate links and the destination server all affect performance. When comparing routes, keep your local network and task the same so you can tell what made a difference.
If something goes wrong, check whether all sites are affected or just one service. For the former, start with your local network, client connection and plan update. For the latter, check your account permissions and the service’s status too. Save a clear error message; it’s more useful for troubleshooting than switching regions repeatedly. The status display below is a route reference. Available options and actual performance depend on the panel directory and your current network.

Get the clientWhen the client shows a successful connection, open the international site you want to use and check that pages, sign-in and the features you need work as expected. System proxy settings may differ from an app’s own proxy settings, so access in a browser doesn’t mean every application uses the same route. If other network tools are running, check their settings first to avoid conflicting proxy configurations. You can sign in to download the client on platforms other than iOS; an active plan is required to access the iOS download link.
Plan updates sync the route directory. Don’t share your subscription link publicly like an ordinary URL. To set up another device, get the plan from the user panel and import it there; this is safer and clearer than forwarding a screenshot containing credentials. If no routes appear after import, check that the plan imported fully, that the client supports the configuration and that your plan is active in the panel. See the Getting Started Guide for detailed steps.
Monthly plans / Reset on activation date
Choose a monthly plan by data tier; all tiers allow unlimited simultaneous devices. Browsing, file transfers and video playback use different amounts of data, so base your choice on actual usage, not the number of devices. Data resets monthly on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days.
Monthly plan
¥9.9 / month
Best for lighter use, such as web research, email and everyday office tasks.
Monthly plan
¥18 / month
For users who split their time between work and video, with data for file transfers and everyday streaming.
Monthly plan
¥28 / month
For heavier streaming, large file transfers or multiple devices in use, with more data to spare.
Data packs remain valid until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. A good fit if your usage is irregular and you want to pay for data as you use it. Monthly plans are organized by month; data packs are based on remaining data. Check the billing model before choosing rather than comparing prices alone.
Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. The service offers a 7-day refund policy; see the Refund Policy for terms. Before ordering, make sure the selected tier fits your needs. Check your order and plan status in the user panel.

No email address is required; just choose a username and password. Use a unique password and keep your account details secure. In the user panel, you can check your plan, get your subscription and submit support tickets. Don’t include your password or full subscription link in public screenshots.
There’s no limit on simultaneous devices. Install the appropriate client and import your plan on each Windows, macOS, iOS, Android or Linux device. Device count and data allowance are separate: all devices use data from your plan. Keep an eye on usage if you stream video or transfer files frequently.
Monthly plan data resets every month on the activation date, making it suitable for regular use. Data packs never expire and last until used, so they work well for irregular usage. Consider how often you’ll use the service, then choose an allowance based on your actual consumption. If you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check available plans in the panel.
