Service Scope

OEMVPN provides international-route subscriptions for cross-border access and network acceleration, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Users can get their subscription after signing in to the panel and import it by following the client instructions. The route directory and available connection configurations are those shown in the panel. The service does not include accounts, memberships or content licenses for destination websites.

Subscriptions are available as monthly plans or data packages. Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain valid until used and never expire. Before using the service, review the plan details and order information, and choose according to your needs.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Users should keep their login credentials and subscription links secure, never share their password, and avoid posting subscription details on public pages, code repositories or chat groups. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity is detected, change the password promptly and contact support through a ticket for guidance on handling the subscription credentials.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, for use by the account holder on devices they own or are authorized to manage. This does not permit sharing an account or subscription with others. Reselling, renting or transferring subscription access is prohibited, as is providing the subscription to others as a public proxy or commercial forwarding service. Devices remain subject to the data and billing rules of the selected plan.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and any region involved in their use of the service, as well as the terms of use of destination websites. The service must not be used for fraud, privacy violations, distributing unlawful content, intellectual property infringement or other unlawful purposes. Unauthorized system access, malicious scanning, network attacks, spam, and actions that disrupt routes or other users’ normal use are prohibited.

Users are responsible for actions performed through their accounts and for content they upload, download or distribute. Network connectivity does not authorize any particular use. Users are responsible for checking any account eligibility, content licenses and usage conditions required by destination services.

Availability and Responsibilities

Connection quality may be affected by the local network, carrier routing, device configuration, route maintenance and the status of destination services. OEMVPN does not guarantee availability in every region or at all times, or on every destination website, and route coverage does not guarantee a particular access result. If an issue occurs, users can first check their subscription status and client configuration, then submit a ticket with the relevant troubleshooting details.

For interruptions caused by maintenance, external network failures or events beyond reasonable control, OEMVPN will provide notices and information about handling the issue as appropriate. Third-party providers are responsible for their websites’ content, account actions and transaction outcomes. Liability is determined under applicable law; these terms do not exclude or limit liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

Restrictions and Account Termination

If an account is suspected of being used unlawfully, resold or shared, involved in network attacks or violations of others’ rights, or used in another way that breaches these terms, OEMVPN may restrict the relevant connections, suspend the subscription or terminate the account based on the circumstances. To address an ongoing security risk, necessary restrictions may be applied first, with details provided through the panel or a support ticket.

Users who believe a restriction was applied in error may explain their use and provide relevant details through a ticket. During a review, provide only the information needed to resolve the issue; do not submit passwords or publicly share subscription credentials. A connection stopping because a plan’s data has been used up or a monthly subscription has expired is handled under the plan rules and does not constitute termination for a violation.

Changes to These Terms and Contact

If the service scope or usage rules change, OEMVPN will update this page and its last-updated month. Changes affecting users’ important rights will be announced on the website or through the user panel, along with details of how they apply. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights users have under applicable law. Existing orders will be handled under applicable law and the relevant agreement.

Users should review any changes after receiving a notice. If they disagree with the revised terms, they may stop using the service and contact support through a ticket to discuss existing subscriptions.
